FERRERO ROCHER MONKEY BREAD
Rolled classic croissant dough and charcoal dough, coated in caster sugar, filled with toasted hazelnut crème pâtissière, topped with mascarpone Chantilly, and glazed with a dark chocolate hazelnut crust.
PISTACHIO CUBE
Classic croissant dough, rolled and shaped into a square, filled with pistachio crème pâtissière. Once baked, topped with pistachio white chocolate ganache and lightly toasted crushed pistachios.
VEGEMITE TWIST
Classic Rollers croissant dough, filled with Vegemite and caramelized onion, twisted and baked, then topped with Gruyère and chives.
Mango and passion fruit monkey
Rollers croissant offcuts, baked then rolled in lemon sugar, filled with passion fruit curd, and topped with meringue and mango compote.
